Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Furthermore included in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key identifying distinct sections of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.

More documentation released as part of the continuing investigative release.
